These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all services and products provided by MG Tuning LLC (“MG Tuning,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, using, or accessing any service or product from MG Tuning LLC, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use our services or products.

1. Services (No Returns, No Liability)

MG Tuning LLC provides services including, but not limited to:

  • Remote ECU/PCM tuning
  • Custom calibration services
  • PCM/ECU unlock services
  • Diagnostic, consulting, or any other automotive-related service rendered

1.1 No Returns or Refunds on Services

All services provided by MG Tuning LLC are final and non-refundable. Once a service has been performed or initiated, no returns, refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be accepted under any circumstances.

1.2 Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that automotive performance tuning and related services involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Engine, transmission, drivetrain, or component failure
  • Reduced component lifespan
  • Loss of manufacturer warranty
  • Vehicle malfunction or damage

By purchasing our services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of such services.

1.3 Limitation of Liability

MG Tuning LLC accepts no liability, regardless of cause, including but not limited to:

  • Mechanical failure
  • Software or calibration issues
  • Improper installation or use
  • Customer-supplied data, hardware, or modifications
  • Negligence, errors, or omissions

Under no circumstances shall MG Tuning LLC be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of vehicle use, loss of profits, loss of data, or repair costs.

1.4 Customer Responsibility

It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure:

  • The vehicle is mechanically sound and properly maintained
  • All supporting modifications are correctly installed
  • The vehicle is used in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws

MG Tuning LLC is not responsible for issues arising from improper vehicle condition, misuse, or non-compliance with laws.

2. Products (Return Policy)

MG Tuning LLC may sell physical products, including but not limited to tuning devices, hardware, or accessories (“Products”).

2.1 30-Day Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to the conditions below.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Special order parts or products
  • Any product ordered specifically at the Customer’s request
  • Any product not normally stocked by MG Tuning LLC

Once a special order part or product has been placed or received, no returns, refunds, or cancellations will be accepted, regardless of reason.

2.3 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return on non-special-order products:

  • The product must be unused
  • The product must be in original packaging
  • The product must be in cosmetically good condition
  • All original accessories, documentation, and components must be included

Any product showing signs of use, installation, damage, alteration, or missing components will not be accepted.

2.4 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is the Customer’s responsibility
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • MG Tuning LLC is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

2.5 Refund Processing

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method after inspection. MG Tuning LLC reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the above conditions.

3. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized or improper chargebacks for services rendered or products delivered will be fully disputed. MG Tuning LLC reserves the right to suspend or permanently refuse service to customers who initiate chargebacks in violation of these Terms.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which MG Tuning LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

5. Modifications to Terms

MG Tuning LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services or products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
